I swear I had seen a gif of a cow man being blown off somewhere before I even played the game but he isn't anywhere in the game am I dreaming or was it for another game ? I remember see that on a Bara manga website or something

Posting about some progress with my gallery ripping. I'll let you all pick which one you want to read about first.
That aside, I've also been doing some side-work on other OSH related things that I was planning to include. I've even been trying to go as far as doing some rough restoration of the much older game over screen, which has been going slowly. Any chance you can crop out the photorealistic background since it was pretty much intended as a placeholder before they had to replace the Game Over screen entirely?

Yes. There's an option to change it to windowed or fullscreen. You can also change resolution incase it doesn't fit your monitor.

Sure, I'll include a version of it without the background once the MEGA folder with everything I have so far goes live.
Speaking of which, I can't think of anything else to currently add to it, so I'm posting the current version of it now.

no I ended up finding it eventually after I almost gaslighted myself into thinking I dreamt it, it turns out it was just from another game and I had confused them with this one, this is the gif I was talking about.

You said that Joe's gallery animations are already done, would mind sharing the one where he slaps his ass?
btw how did you managed to extract the animations? I tried it with UABE to get some of the sound files and animations but couldn't find them.

New version just dropped.
EDIT: I just updated the MEGA archive with the new NPCs' animations. I also did some other changes, & will start including a changelog for the archive with exact changes for whenever I make changes that aren't worth making a new post about, or for a full list of changes outside of posted highlights. Check it out when you all get a chance.
I've also merged the OST into this archive, so I've deleted the old MEGA link to save on space. As such, I'm reposting the link to the full archive just to have it here as well.
