In regards to this new build how do you unlock 'Ket's Secret Animation'

Is there something you must do on Sheo Islands Beach? I'm a bit lost

Thought they would only be adding voyeur animations to Daku and Amaru only, but they actually did it for all enemies!
So maybe there's hope in the end.

It seems they added a new item to activate this feature. Where can I get it?

You need to kick the physics beachball at the start of the stage to Ket's final spot. Then you should have a option to.
