IIRC it's build somewhat like:

   X
X▓▓▓▓▓X
   ▓
   ▓
O▓▓▓▓▓X
   ▓
   ▓
X▓▓▓▓▓E
   X

with O being the start point E the exit and X (and O) being a point where you can interact with something. Fastest way is go to the south most X first, grab everything there, go north while always checking the west corridors and grabbing/doing everything there. Dont forget to eat/drink any food/drink you find, otherwise you will be to weak to carry the rock. Once you are at the northern X and done everything there go down while visiting each eastern corridor and doing everything there (you get a choice once you find the 2nd blue crystal to insert them at the eyes or not, if you do you can go back to the chest).
