I only came into this topic to find out whether or not the game would have the possibility of including incest, simple as that. I'm going to assume you use multiple accounts on this site (I'll never understand why people do that), because based off your post history on this account, you haven't complained about incest at all. So, I can't say either way if you're right or wrong.
Oh absolutely. You can make any game have incest if you know how to edit the script. Heck, you could even have NTR if you wanted, or remove a character you don't like, or just completely change everything. And if you're good at Photoshop as well, add/edit your own images. Customize the game however you want.
If the dev never intends to have incest, why would they bother making a patch for something they don't want? Has nothing to do with good will when it's not the direction the dev wants to take their game.

The game is still in its infancy and perhaps not even the developer himself knows exactly what direction to take in the game, which is normal, but that's okay.
Yeah, when you choose the ice cream over coffee or steak she says Uncle Rich instead. I think it is more of just her trying to fit in though, rather than a hint of incest. I mean, the MC is moving in with his Uncle, so he has familiarity already. Olivia has no one (except for the MC), so I think she is just trying to find her place and fit in the best she can.

Also speaking as someone who likes proper incest games, not every game needs incest shoehorned into it man. If you aren't planning on making an incest game in the first place, just leave it out. One thing that really irks me is when a game tries to tell you two characters are family only for them to immediately fuck each other after the most basic "hey we are related and shouldn't be doing this" kind of dialogue imaginable. Shit sucks.
