Almost every AVN devs are ham-fisting lesbian couples in harem games centered around a male protagonist, and in this they are LIs, which is such a turn off honestly. Even if there are MFF scenes, that's not going to stop people from thinking that the mc in those scenes will be just a walking dildo for the lesbians.

There's a reason why people make lesbian harem games separately, it works well in that setting because people are actively seeking that content rather being taken by surprise in a male protag harem game.

Also not only that, bringing in a lesbian couple already ruins the harem dynamic since 2 girls are dating eachother.. and most likely they are not going to just break up and only have eyes for the mc.. So yea, I pass on bringing lesbian couples.

This is one of the big reasons for me why I don't gel with lesbian couples being a part of a harem. It defeats the purpose of a harem centered around a male protag. For me there's a difference between having lesbian scenes vs lesbian couples. Lesbian scenes can work without the girls actually being couples, because the mc is involved and we know the girls like the mc too and they won't get together themselves. Lesbian couples will never like the mc, so they're usually taken out as LIs, which is a waste when they have a good character design imo. Hence why I mentioned the mc would just be a dildo for the lesbians in the mff scenes.

Some devs even go over board and include many lesbians in male-centric AVNs, that you will never see any scenes with the mc and them for the foreseeable future because the games are usually still early in development, and you'd have to come up with a scenario that makes sense for those scenes to even happen, if they ever do.

I like games like Eternum, Myth of Slayer, Sicae, My Bully Is My Lover etc. Action focused harems, with some nice scenes, not one lesbian scene yet and they're pretty far into their stories. If lesbians scenes do happen in them I'd be fine with it because all the girls like the mc.

Good morning degens,

Yes, it is I - your humble game dev (tired mostly)

Being FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) for work across the country (10 days work and 4 days off) is really tiring.

Keeping you guys updated has been a joy, but there is nothing for me to update without majorly spoiling the game.

So from now on, I will update bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) during my off days so that you guys won't be bombarded everyweek with useless crap.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ~

I am so tired from work.

However, rendering is still gradually (and slowly) getting there.

I want to take this week to answer some of the questions and shed some light on the game's trajectory.

First of all, and this has been bothering me a lot.

• Kuroha and Elena are Bi.

Don't judge a book by its cover (in this case, the introduction page). Each and every one, including the side characters, are thought for a very long time before putting them in there.
The LIs are meticulously crafted with their own backstory, struggle, and hidden secrets.

So don't be too hasty to jump the gun! You might like them!

Secondly,

• The game's pacing and trajectory.

After rendering the NerdCon, I realised something.

I wanted to aim for a true slow-burn (unlike some other games that said slow burn but immediately give the player instant gratification, aka sex scene).

The conversation might be cringe, but that's how a 19-year-old talks. They don't know any better, and they speak their mind.

• Sex scene, not many? Of course.

When you hit on a girl, it is fun and satisfying to get the girl to sleep with you on the first date. But that doesn't have the chemistry between two people who actually show interest in each individual.

If you think this game is just about mindless sex, you are dead wrong (even if they ask you for sex on the first date, there are reasons for it).

You have to put in the effort to understand a girl, just like how you would hit on a girl in real life.

They don't automatically fall for you because you are the main character. If you treat them wrong, they will leave.

All and all, treat this game as a storytelling visual novel with a hint of adult pleasure.

I promised you guys before, and I will promise you again.

The story will continue, and expect the unexpected.

I took my sweet, sweet time making these renders to be as realistic as possible.
I want to let you guys know, not just wallpapers, but the majority of my renders in-game have a lot of details to mimic realism.

Oh dear,
Time does fly,
I remembered the time when I struggled to come up with Halloween ideas for Clara.
This year, I still struggle, but Livia came up and dragged Emilia for a 'fun' Halloween.
Needless to say, the only one who is having fun is Livia (except for Mr. Bone)
Anyway,
I will be on the plane soon to visit Clara and her family. It will take 1-2 weeks, but I will stay at a hotel so I can continue doing render while being on vaca- ahem, visiting.
