I don't understand why he'd ever hire this VA again. She's delayed his projects by months now. There are hundreds of VA's doing porn, hire one that doesn't flake and fuck your project schedules up.

Nah, that doesn't make any sense considering most VA's are in around the same price range and the fact that there are hundreds ready at all time. It's most likely just the fact that he enjoys the VA's voice acting, want the same VA for the same character or that he enjoys working with the VA.
