Personally, I don't see anything wrong with reducing the thickness. I much prefer the lengthening seen in "Betty's Dream Part 2," because if you add a face-to-face anal scene and lengthen it, it could lend itself to a kiss and autofellatio at the same time, similar to that episode, which I think would be very good.
