Two people mentioned this to you in 2023 and it still hasn't been fixed. I was looking forward to this game and unfortunately I don't have another save I can load from, just my autosave.

Same thing happened to me today. First time someone mentioned it was last year, still hasn't been fixed.
This I remember fixing forever ago, which is why I'm surprised it's back once again.
Please send your broken save file as well as the global file, so I can look into this.
Also please tell me if this bug happened to you when you entered the renovated chambers for the first time, if you had met with the smelter/mining foreman first, before entering the nursery, etc.
The bug your describing sounds like an intro scene triggered when it should not have, I need to know which scene is triggering in the wrong time, as by looking at the code it all looks fine, and I've tested this all before without issues, so it probably requires a specific combination of quest completions to trigger.

It happened after I found the magisteel mines and after I spoke with the foreman. I've attached the files. Thanks for looking into this. I want to enjoy this game.
OH! I see what's going on, that's not the nursery, that's the breeding chamber!
This makes things SO much easier to fix, it's clearly the smithing event that's breaking your save!
This explains why only a few people ever seem to have this issue, normally people would go to the smithy right after the unlocking the "smithing" quest, so naturally they would inadvertently avoid this massive bug. But if for whatever reason they went to the breeding chamber instead, they would trigger the even in the wrong area.
Good News! My fix allows you to keep using your save file! I'll upload the patched version ASAP!
i seemed to have somehow summoned sunra before doing it quest..now the live laugh and lust quest is bugged, cannot confront her about it.
Please send your bugged save file and the global file so I can look into this.
Can you explain how you summoned Sunra before her quest to bring her was activated?
Public version has 2: one of Phaeress and the other of Zesurra.
The Backer version has another 2: One of Sunra the harlequin demon, and one of (lover path) Niza the Djinn (Both with pregnant variants).
i seemed to have started the ruins of ag'dral before her summoning quest.
That's what I figured had happened... ruins of ag'dral aren't supposed to be triggerable until after live, laugh, lust quest.
Seems I need to look into the quest triggers again.
Did you save edit or something?
I can't see how the heck you triggered ruins of Ag'dral I, without first completing Live, Laugh, Lust?
When you spoke to the guard in the meeting room, that triggered "Ruins of Ag'Dral I" did he have a star floating above his head?
Mmm... I've tested a few things, and my only conclusion is that you must have been using an old save from a previous version, in which the guard event was at some point programmed to activate (Self Switch C = On), and then in a later update I must have changed this... leading to the guard being set incorrectly.
If this is the case, then the only solution would be to start a new save, unfortunately.

LOL at the music. The main piece that plays in most locations has the melody from Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. Is that an easter egg? If so ... awesome.

I can't even make swords. I don't see an option to make training armor. Just bronze, iron, manasteel etc.
