I was very reluctant to start this because I felt very burned by the ending of On Distant Shores. I was heavily invested in it and felt the payoff was terrible. I was deeply invested in the characters and to have that outcome wwas like being told to fuck off. Sorry to the dev, but that is what I felt. I decided to give this a go after putting some distance (no pun intended) between playing the other and this. As I did with Shores, I have grown attach quickly with the cast of characters. I enjoy the imperfections in them. Much like Shores, the Dev really gives you their imperfections in a sympathetic way. I am in the MC's age range (a little younger), so I can relate a bit. I would say its a solid start and I am getting invested. Here's hoping the dev doesn't burn me again when it's time for the story to end. They better not be just apart of Angie's imagination as she stares into a snow globe (80's TV reference).

A trap is someone who tricks other people into believing they are of a different gender. The clue is in the fucking name. A tomboy is a girl who does not try to hide that she is a girl, but acts like and is one of 'the guys' (regardless of how she dresses).

I was saying that with the current tags, trap is correct, but once future tags are added, a different tag, with a different meaning, would be used instead. Because a "reverse trap" would fall under the "tomboy" umbrella, no? A woman who acts like a man would be a tomboy, and a reverse trap. One is explicitly "pretending" to be a man, but they're both acting like a man.

As kids, tomboys were just girls who enjoyed doing things boys typically enjoyed, e.g. bike riding, climbing trees, or catching frogs. It really is simply what activities they preferred to do for fun. As kids, they generally prefer to not wear dresses or skirts, but that's not a hard and fast rule. As adults, if a woman enjoys playing softball, geeking out over cars, or playing D&D with the guys, that's a tomboy. Tomboys rock.
