On writing, underage characters

This is a very delicate question that requires at least a quick premise:

Under no circumstances would I exploit or condone the abuse of a minor, be he/she within or without the age of consent.
Under no circumstances would I depict a minor outside the age of consent involved in sexual acts.

With that out of the way, I need some guidance both rules-wise and morality-wise about depicting characters under the age of 18. Here are a few examples:

- Boy/girl age 13/14 making lude comments about on adult (Check out those titties/ What a hunk)
- Kissing and petting between characters in the age of consent (two 16/17 years frenching, cupping a feel etc.)
- Implied relation between a 19 years old boy and a 17 years old girl and viceversa.
- 16 years old girl caressing a 18 years old boy on the crotch (Specifically and him liking it.)
- an 18 years old girl taking un upskirt shot of 16 years old.

Now we enter the realm of fantastical:

- A shapeshifting demon with a body of a 25 years old suddenly turning into a 12 years old, mid coitus, should I give the MC the chance to finish or not?
- A 875 years old dark elf cursed to having the body of a child for her entire life, could I have her engage in sexual behavior? (I know , I know, that's why I'm asking).
- 12 year old boy falls in love with immortal character, immortal charater waits 6 years and bangs him.

What would be OK and what would not?
Be mindful, I want to stay well within the limits of both the rulse and of good taste.

personally speaking, your first examples are fine, ive played a couple games where mc has underrage cousins who appear for a brief moment in the story (mainly the aunt staying at mc's house before trying to romance her) and i dont see any issues with them talking around rude things
although i probably wouldnt wanna see any intimate scenes of a minor even if nudity isnt shown

that said, for your fantasy subjects any character who has the age or body of a minor (which is upto debate by each individual based on their perspective) is what i would avoid and delete if i were to find it in a game

You're asking the wrong questions.

First, if you think you will attempt to post any of these on Patreon - none of the Part B are within Patreon TOU guidelines. For Part A, #1 is good for TOU, 2-5 might get reviewed if Patreon staff were made aware with you likely to be ok with 2-4. #5 is considered a sex crime, so it would not pass Patreon TOU.
Second, if you think you will attempt to post any of these here - all artwork must pass Rule 7. That means bodies which look prepubescent will be scrutinized and may find your game not allowed on F95. (Yes the 875 year old dark elf in a child's body would most likely violate Rule 7).

So, this is about the usage of minors in stories. Based on the title, it would seem that it's about the behavior and demeanor of them.

Because in almost every game children and teenagers usually do not behave according to their age, but rather like (young) adults, often with a (pseudo/fake) cutsie or edgy behavior.
On the other hand, the same is often also true for many middle-aged or even elderly people.
Everyone behaves like young adults.

This basically ends the conversation. If you're not depicting them having sex or nude, then from a legal standpoint you can imply whatever the hell you want. And if the law doesn't care neither does F95.

You've got a 12 year old body riding a dick at this point, whether he cums or not isn't an issue. As long as the girl shows signs of having started puberty it doesn't break rule 7. But the laws of various countries are wonky on this matter and depending on where you live (and which federal agency you piss off) it could come back to bite you. If you're asking about the player's perspective, "informed consent" is basically the best way to go. Let players know this can be an option and let them choose if they want it to happen or not. Springing a controversial fetish on your audience as a surprise is guaranteed to piss people off even if they don't hate the fetish.

Aye, I think this is pretty much all there is to say on the matter. Lolis are not my fetish and I believe same goes for my audiance. The fact that minors engage with sexual acts IRL does not make it ok to depict them in a porn game. I guess all my highschoolers will wait 18 years to bonk and all their past experiences will be implied or barely mantioned at the most.

The point of this is actually e personal chagrin I have with the way porn in a school enviroment is protraid in most games. The fact that all characters are at least 18 is necessary and the fact that younger studends are basically non existent is probably for the best.
And yet, this is so far from my personal experience (I believe most people's personal experience) that it takes you out of the story. Keeping the reader involved is my highest priority.

I believe these strict rules are there for the same reason that you can't shoot children or native americans in Red Dead Redemption 2. Horrible options that I wish were there just so I could not take them.

Even if I don't like it entirely, I understand why these limitations are there and I am going to respect them. Porn is not the right place to discuss themes, which would also require a firmer grasp on these subject than mine.

Remember how quickly we got a killable childeren mod for skyrim?
I remember a debate with someone that wanted a mod that let you spank the big mouths.
I downloaded the killable childeren mod onces and then never again.

As for the op:
Any sexual act that involses small titless bodies is a no go.
No mather the justification.
