That's understandable. Plus, I rather see characters finished then left unfinished in favor of new characters. A lot of games does that and it's annoying when the story stops for the older characters.

Also, not sure if you knew but there are times with it says His/He instead of Her/she and sometimes it comes out in french so I don't know what is said.

I found it easy, use the +5 boost and bring a couple of Emergency Kits. Look in either the Ruins or Gold and Silver Mines. You have to not search for the first few places. Still might take three or four tries.

I tend to cheat on the drone hunt sometimes.... (might be useful for some)
Start the drone, but before you make a single move, save the game.
You can then use save edit online to edit the save file to give you 999 drone energy, and voila, you will find it in a single drone run
apart from this I play as normal... but it does take the RNG tedium out of it for me.

Don't search with the drone until you reach the ruins. You may need a couple of trips, but you'll get there.

How do I know when I've caught up? Just seen Anna's boobs after the corset scene and seemingly don't have a way to progress unless I've missed something. Tinks asked for a winter hat but I have that and nothing's happened.
