Dude, Lewd Crown is ONLY for the Elsa Ending of Chapter 1. It never was the Code for the Patreon Quests. Look at the codes in the original Post (First Page). Lewd Crown only works for 1.0 and 1.1 for the Elsa Ending, of course it doesn't work for earlier versions of this game since the ending got included in 1.0 (1.1 was just a Bug fixing Update).

Then it's simply your loss. Simple as that. Yes, I'm playing this Game since 0.31 on Android, so I used both the Eeme Croft and Blue Booty Code at the right time. If it doesn't work anymore, then it's your loss.
Lewd Crown is the 1.0 Code. It worked there and since there wasn't a 1.1 Update for the Android Version I assumed they didn't Change the code for the Elsa Ending. Since 1.1 was just a Bugfix Update.

Supporting from Germany is no problem at all, for patreon you can simply use PayPal (or credit-card)
for SubStar you need a credit-card

Man, why can't you Just use the codes in the OP (original Post)? Lewd_Crown just unlocks the Ending of Arc 1, it's not the Patreon Code for other quests.

Because not a single one works. you can use the codes to get cheap points- that's it. All the others are disabled.

There is anal content. It's not that obvious. If I'm not mistaken, Anna can have an anal scene. But only if you buy a buttplug.
