As has been stated before in this thread, Salty changes the Patreon codes. NONE of the previous Patreon codes work, so you won't get the Patreon only content unless you get the latest code, and no one is leaking it. So none of us know it, and asking for it will yield nothing.
Edit: This is for the patreon QUEST codes. I cannot verify and haven't seen anyone mention if the codes for dress/hair unlocks still work.

I wouldn't call her a prude. She seems to really get off on watching stuff. However I don't think she indulges herself much because a) there's really no one around her size to satisfy her needs and b) she wants to maintain an aura of power and control.

But seriously as an android she could just request player to find a way to create her new body or something of that sorts... Here we are creating new characters in some sort of machine without much explanation, she literally does same things as a computer but she cannot change bodies?.. Sounds kinda odd if you ask me

But besides that, I don't think she really wants to change her body. (And it would be a shame to completely remove TinkerBell from the game and replace her by something else. )

Hell, now that I think about it... you could have a teleporter 'malfunction' which would leave you in the same location, only scaled down to Tink's size.

In fact, I actually had this idea of combination for a while but I didn't really like it much more...
But the teleporter 'malfunction' one is pretty cool
Maybe one day you'll see it in game ahah
