Why not puting "Erotic" tag instead of real porn?
This game honestly has a great concept. I really like it but I do still agree with most other complaints that it's not enough.
And I also very much agree with what the Dev said

They're right, there ARE MANY many great games on here that is much worth my time so I'd rather spend it on those. I guess I'll see this game in like... 3 years if they change their mind about the """sex"""

Real porn tag is to imply there is no 3d/2d cg, not the presence of sexual content, there are 2 games on this site with both real porn and no sexual content tags together which proves that.
Secondly, there's no such tag although I understand your point that there is a difference between purely "porn" VNs/games that push for every kink and genre and somewhat limited "contains adult content" ones, such as this VN.

In terms of scenes, yes. But there are no elaborate branched storylines as such, you will have direct choices to make.
