As it is Thanksgiving here just wanted to thank ya Zoey Raven as well your game has been a constant source of enjoyment so am sending messages of regards to all Devs who made games like that possible, which included this fantastic title too. So yea once again gratitude for your effort!

I went full harem but does anyone leave permanently if you don't romance them? I would assume people like Barb would stick around and be friendly because of how important they are to the story.

Looks like Melissa got a new nurse uniform at her current job...
First off, Merry Christmas if you celebrate that! Gonna try to keep this one shortish. Thought I'd do it today in-between spending time with my family.
So far we are at 4365 lines of code, 1413 renders and 11 animations for Ch. 19 Pt. 2. However, I still have about four smaller scenes left, and I need to go back and finish up the two sexy times ones. I know I did the animations first for those, but I usually do the writing and stills last, because it takes me some time to get it how I want it. Not to mention, I have to postwork and compile the animation frames into .webp files. Then, I need to go into post production/polishing.
I fully expect the Ch. 19 when you combine parts 1 and 2 to be the largest chapter in One Day at a Time history. I'm shooting for a late January release on this one. That's my hope anyway.
Some of you have said you're holding out for both parts to be completed, and if you wanna do that fine. But, Ch. 19 Pt. 1 is big enough to be an update on it's own, that's why I released it that way. It's not like it's a little blurb I just threw out there. These two days will be in competition for the largest single days in One Day at a Time history as well. So, go play the first day if you haven't, would be my recommendation!
Lots happening on the second day, some payoffs and some things that set up events in the future. We also get to see some character growth and bonds deepened. Along with the general chaos, love and humor you've come to expect from One Day at a Time.
That's about it for the moment! I'll give you a release date in the next dev update a few weeks from now!

I know I've thrown around the idea that maybe she wouldn't because there are so many girls, but Kayla will have an ending.
After the scene I just wrote for her and when you think back to the people who've had a big impact on MC's recovery and just helping him get his life back together. It's really hard to not put her high on that list. So, I simply can't justify not giving you a chance as players or in terms of narrative to spend the rest of your life with her if you want. She's as logical a choice as any of the other girls based on what you've gone though with her.
Just wanted to let everybody know! That is all for now.

Just wanted to let you know I'm giving up ownership of the thread, so if you want correct change logs and all that stuff, come buy the game on Patreon or any other place I sell it. I love MANY of you, but there's a minority I just can't tolerate anymore and now have better options for promoting my game elsewhere, so that I don't have to deal with that stuff. I'll still be around on here from time to time.
But, the vocal minority has finally pushed me away from wanting to be as involved, and like I said there are better options now.
Love a lot of you and can't stand a few of you. Doesn't make the love for the majority any less though.

Can fully understand that and it's a shame it came down to this, your game has certainly provided a place of peace as a player for a significant duration and the year '24 was no different too. But yea it is certainly better that you have more viable options now, and as someone who is financially supporting the project for few months now can say it's fully worth it. So indeed kudos for all you do and expect '25 turns out even more successful year for ya!
