I played this game long ago, it's a bit blurry but I think I quit the game because of the forced and pretty upsetting Julie/Alex scene (even though I was on Julie solo romantic path)
I vaguely remember Dev was gonna redo it, though I knda wasn't in this thread for a while,
Could someone please enlighten me - did anything change in that regard or is it still an issue?

what forced scene? You can choose which route you prefer, if solo there are no sex scenes with other girls

that's still there, and that's all that happens if you stick to solo routes, not sure what the big deal is about it. You are not in a relationship with either of them at the time, and you have the option to stop it right there as Julie.

whatever you say, I'm not here for arguing with you man, for you it's fine, for some people it's off-putting but in this case it was also upsetting, I don't remember all details though, all is blurry (it was more about the context rather than a kiss)

yeah even Volle admitted that he had little experience at the beginning so the early choices are hard to decipher, that's why he made a walkthrough. I'd have completely missed one of the routes without it.

all wrong. There is nothing of the sort in the game. The girl is into Julie and kisses her. Depending on player choice Julie can kiss her back or not. That's it. No predatory shit, no taking advantage.

Nope, you got it right. Julie is all upset and crying over what's been going on between her and the MC, and Alex, out of some kind of instinct or something, kisses her and you can choose whether Julie kisses back or not but later Alex apologizes for taking advantage of Julie in a vulnerable state no matter what choice you make.Must be mixing shit up in my mind with other VN then.
