Speaking of, I almost beat Quanta's first fight with alchemy, I just didn't have enough defense and didn't get lucky enough with my dodges-

1. Extract the download
2. Right click the OnePumpChump MacOS application -> Show package contents -> Contents -> MacOS
3. Copy all the files from the base directory except the exe file in the MacOS directory from step 2 (so copy game, lib, renpy, OnePumpChump.py and OnePumpChump.sh there)

It should now work (at least it worked for me)
thank you. those would be great instructions to add for the "installation" button..

I do wonder sometimes if my save is glitched or if something is up with the rebalance to defense and such.

My health regen seems to be getting a bit overboard with my new playthrough, I have 131 Max HP, and I'm currently regening 60 HP per turn, with seemingly no effects added. I'm barely outpacing my regen when using final toll, it's nice, but I'm a bit confused where it's coming from. I haven't played since 0.3, is the game scaling HP Regen based on Max health or Mag spent or something?
Use Final Toll

Nearly Full Heal.

I do suppose that enemies hit harder than what I have my training set to, but it just feels odd, the way it's working currently, the "Unyielding Force" passive basically never activates, since I'll always regen more health than the 25% HP threshold.

Yeah, that doesn't seem intentional. I'll have a look.

I will also add, I've ruled out it being related to total Mag invested, since selling upgrades doesn't decrease the HP Regen. It's not related to total Max HP, as selling Physical skills to decrease HP doesn't seem to effect it...

(As I'm writing I was testing and found the cause)
The HP Regen gained from Cauldron 7a never gets subtracted when selling the cauldron upgrade, so you can just buy and sell repeatedly for infinite HP regen.

I wouldn't have realized it, if it weren't for the fact I'm min/maxing by switching between combat upgrades and cauldron upgrades to get the most out of my Mag each day.

:LUL:Whelp, I have officially found eternal life. Although I doubt it since Super Bosses probably one shot anyways, but still, probably the funniest bug I've found in any of your games, I'll try not to exploit it though for the sake of not not ruining my playthrough any further.

even tho you didnt use spoilers yourself? you just spoiled whole one scene, and i dont care for bad games i told you
It's not a scene, and especially "whole one scene". It's a small scene part.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

And it isn't exactly spoils anything especially compared to spoiling game endings.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

However it's corrected now.

thats weak conclusion, youre just closing yourself in your own bubble, not discovering new horizons that you might like besides you never know if you like the game until you play it and for me i liked this game at beginning but story deteriorated, besides if you play only what you like giving only good reviews is like eating same meal
artists these days just dont want to accept someone doesnt like something they make, dont even want to read about it, even afraid of getting negative scores, weaklings with fanbase bubbles, i met some already but +1 this week i guess
That's your opinions, and unfortunately a next batch of products of your vivid imagination that are poorly connected with reality (n)

Here is my cheated save:
Note that the save starts from the VERY BEGINNING with cheated stats (though it will not appear as such in the intro, once you get through it, you'll see that you'll have 10000 Might, 10000 Wits, 10000 Cunning and 10000$)

This way, you can enjoy the full story without having to grind for stats, resources and one shot enemies to advance the storyline faster.

If this is something you want, please download the zip file below. Inside is a file named 1-1-TL1.save

Since Renpy has a save folder in both the game.exe folder and Appdata/Renpy folder, you can put it in either or both locations:

One Pump Chump/game/saves
or
User/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/OnePumpChump

Note:
- If you already have other saves, be sure to delete your 1-1-TL1.save (AKA your uncheated save) in both folders and replace it with the one in the zip file.

Hope you have fun! Because I certainly did.

Additional testing: Unless I'm missing something about how it works, the kitsune support which is supposed to add a DoT when using MP doesn't seem to be working, I'm spamming Esper skills, and even have an existing DoT from Poison Miasma, and it doesn't seem like Kitsune is actually doing any additional damage or even increasing existing DoT when it procs, again unless I'm missing something about the prerequisites for it to function, but even still, each time it procs, it displays a message like damage is being dealt, but nothing is actually dealing damage outside of the initial hit from Esper attacks and what little DoT I have active from Alchemy.

It may be hard to show, but it's clear that the game definitely thinks something should be happening, it's just that nothing actually is happening, at least outside of normal damage calculation.

I've gone through every choice's dialogue, looked at all CGs in the gallery, including X-ray, rewatched every scene in the gallery, saw every outcome, good and bad, and I'm still missing more than 200 "dialogue" lines somewhere, I can understand missing a few from combat dialogue and moves, but definitely not that many, I have 102% completion after all.

Going turn by turn and action by action for a better demonstration-

Another bug (pun not intended) I think.

Lust not reset after Mosquito Girl scene. Also kind of surprised there's not a reward for this encounter, but I'm guessing there's probably more to her story later.
Follow up report, same issue present in second Living Armor encounter, Lust doesn't decrease after the sex scene in Borderline 26.

I simultaneously am having a great time playing through the story-complete build...and also feel bad for finding so many small bugs for TS to fix AFTER reaching 1.0...kind of makes me wish I had kept up with latest updates instead of waiting for full release, since I probably do more testing, exploit hunting, and bug reporting than like...90% of players combined. I have no idea how long any of these bugs have been in the game since last version I played was like v0.3, possibly earlier, I hope the effort is appreciated, but at the same time, I wouldn't blame the dev for experiencing a bit of dread every time I make a new post about something in one of their games or giving feedback.

Given MG1K is apparently getting an update in lead up to the next game, I wonder if any of the equipment bugs will be fixed...but I also understand not wanting to deal with getting caught up in bug fixing, when most of the bugs in question either go unreported, or don't seem to bother most people that play the games. (They're all way above 4 stars anyways, as they should be) The only main one that bugs me in MG1K is I think one of the end game pieces of equipment not working as intended or something, or possibly that was patched, I can't remember, I know there was also some issues with select early game gear pieces, but aside from that, for that game being as big as it is, it's relatively low in terms of detrimental bugs, and most aren't noticeable.

Still, I think by the end of development, Unveiling was probably the most bug free. I don't think I could really replay that game and find anything that was truly broken or unintentional.
