Man this game is boring.
I haven't finished it but what I can say is you basically go around and just touch items in order to advance. If you talk to an infected girl she will rape you but you do have a chance to escape which I haven't found how yet.
The shota character also has the option to ejaculate on things which I think helps advance the story even more because the more perverse stuff you do the more the virus progresses apparently.
You don't really lose if you are raped they basically just let you go right after but I think it has some effect on the story.
But yeah the main character does and says things that just makes this seem like an already perverted ship which brings the impression of it's not really rape but I guess yeah you are trying to escape them when they do try to rape you so in a sense it's rape but just feels like the main character kind of wants it. I feel like games like Monster Girl Quest do it just right because with Monster Girl Quest there is a risk factor for the main character if he is raped and he really doesn't like it.
