This 200%. The art is pretty amazing, especially the title screen, but the writing and plot is absolute dogtrash

I actually enjoyed what story there was. The quality of what the guy is writing himself (like the VN inside the VN) was poor, whatever the girl was writing was extremely good and everything in between was passable to good. Complaining about how "scenes cut to black" just means you didn't pay any attention to the text whatsoever. There's a reason it cuts and that is because the girl is the biggest motherfucking tease on this planet.
Edit game/options.rpy and change default preferences.text_cps = 0
edit: Here's the script file with all the annoying waits removed too.
