Hello! Creator here yes it is a fetish and yes it is the market I decided to target, if there is demand for me to make a title unrelated to this fetish I will end up doing so but since I am new at the whole game dev thing I wanted a market that was underserved. Also I'd love for folks to download on itch.

Nope you cannot progress the story otherwise, I think at about stage 3 it goes from thick to fat but that is my personal taste, it will gross you out if you aren't into WG or stuffing or even at the very least perhaps inflation.

Yes the point is to make them bigger, you can't avoid them getting bigger and still progressing.
