Yeah that's also what the tags on vndb seem to imply. It also has multiple endings so it's probably a "mc gets too obsessed with his netorarse fetish and his girlfriend gets stolen" type of deal.

Seems like there are 3 endings. 2 of them with swinging/swapping theme (NTS) and 1 NTR end/Route.
