Answer: No
With that i was helpful enough i think, i wish everyone who likes NTR/NTS a happy time playing.
And now i'll go out of here again since this isnt a game for me sadly.
But the girls looked great if that counts for anything.
EDIT: Oh and take this with a grain of salt, i just did some research on VNDB and didn't play it myself so the review from there doesn't have to be 100% accurate. Just saying.

Seems like a no, sadly.
You know... what i'd like to see in a game like this someday would be a route with hints, teasing and giving the Player/MC really convincing "proof" of NTR, to bring this fear/jealousy of NTR happening and doubting his wife more and more but in reality the wife is completely loyal. Ah man, i don't know the name of the game anymore, but there was this one game that did surprisingly well at that, a shame it was kinda short though. And it confused the heck out of NTR fans and those who dislike it which was quite funny to say the least. That game tickled me in a special way you could say.
At some point i even thought of these "Wifes report games" which are more NTS than NTR themed (i guess?). Would be so great if there'd be (even if it's not a lot) a few more games with something kinda like that, but the wife loves MC so much that she actually only does it with MC and while still leaving the house to pretend that something is happening she's just telling MC very juicy stories to let him try these things out and spice up their love. Could lead to a bit of drama because of the lie/pretending to spice up the plot like 2/3 into the game but then goes out with a wholesome end.
Of course there could be a NTR/NTS route too, for those who want that. I wouldn't mind.
Maybe my wish is just to fancy/niche or whatever.
In a way, it's all pure love in the sense that all parties involved in all the endings are consensual and happy about their situation. Also, it's kind funny (and a bit sad) that consensual cuckold in hentai and hentai games is super rare compared to the more commonly scene darker NTR.
So Ive played this with a translator attached. And long story short your girlfriend just doesn't like having normal sex. She likes a thrill of swinging and public sex. You have to be either the understanding boyfriend and go along with her sexual tendencies or bad end it from telling her you can't keep sharing her because seeing her fuck someone else is too much

From what I remember this one was pretty light hearted swinging. No real heroine loss I think.

This seems kind of unique, like he and his buddy are having sex with their girlfriends in front of each other? That's kinda kinky; I like it.
So it's more based on swinging. Okay, I'm still in. Happy swinging is also pretty rare.
