We still need to see what will be the limitation for his powers. We already know per the game's lore if a super is deemed too dangerous they are taken out by the autorities very fast. This could happen to Jack if this accumulation of powers has no limits.Everyone, the MC is already overpowered.

seems he gets all the powers but not as powerful as the original. for now it passes as him not having mastered the power. he can't make more than one clone, he has a weaker psychic bond with his wolf, he can't choose his host, could have less control or energy output from the "green stuff"(TM)... also, having the wolf out drains him, so it's probably the same when he uses the other powers, and he gets limited like that. a bit like some kind of mana reserves. though he doesn't seem tired when drained.
