I'm not even talking about the bruises lol Hate his hair and face personally. This is not uncommon for male MCs though.To be fair, the guy nearly died 4-5 days ago and lost a bar fight a few days after that. Probably not looking his best.

Atleast it's a game that shows the mc's face
i dont know how many games i've played that have hidden the mc's face basically cropping it out of every picture and such.
I played this some days ago and i honestly cannot for the life of me remember what the mc looked like

I've seen some that make a joke out of it - always a tree branch or a passing bird obscuring MC's face. Silly. This MC is fine. He's not fugly, but on the other hand he's not exactly Fabio either (thank God.)Atleast it's a game that shows the mc's face

I've always had a sneaking suspicion that MC might trigger some people because the same face model is used for a certain antagonist in a certain game

If I had to bet then I reckon they'll make it seem like she's maybe a baddy then the actual twist will be that she's good. Way back when the MC got hurt we saw a cutscene of the woman who set him up (Scarlet Shadow) on the phone talking about how he'll have to meet his Aunt so I'm guessing she's the real villain (but might come in pretending to be on the MC's side trying to "save" him from Parker). Will be hard for her to win me over though unless she's Parker level hot.

A newbie's impressions of the first run
Bar is finally open and I can share my impressions from the first full run. Friends recommended this game and judging by the screenshots I didn't expect anything grand - thought it was a meme game.
But this game managed to exceed my expectations. It's fun, has a good cast of characters, and the developer knows how to play with emotions. I couldn't resist jumping into Moonsong the first chance I got, had a fun time while being at Sisterhood's. Returned to a tearful and broken Evelyn, and JDOR knows how to guilt trip me. I'm not a big fan of the type of girl who sticks to you, but Eve managed to make me sympathize. She's far from my fav, but deserves attention.
Next up is probably the best superhero novel of them all, similar to The Boys. People with super powers are of course assholes and perverts - that's human nature, nothing to do with that, and they don't shy away from using their powers for sexual purposes, which makes the game quite kinky. Can you have an orgy by creating duplicates of yourself? I'm in!
About girls.
1.So far, Ruth (Lady Steel) has the potential to become the best girl. Redhead, active, tall and with a fiery temperament. Clearly designed for a long play run and for sure a great wife material.
2. Georgia (Moonsong) This girl makes you glued to the screen. Lust, open-mind, easy going and super kinky. Perfect FWB and clearly willing to try a lot of things. Her scenes are 10/10, impossible to tear yourself away and always want more. If it weren't for Ruth, she would be my number 1.

3. Amber. Tragic girl, which is stuck in the invisible state, and another one who is in love with MC. But less clingy than Eve. Oh yeah, another redhead. I'll take her.
4. Coldsnap. Mysterious, no content yet, but attractive.
5. Evelyn. Childhood friend who is in love with MC and clings to him. She entered this top because the developers made it clear the reason for her personality change at the end of 0.6. And her ability gives huge spy advantages. A person who can p2p to another person. I know how you like to use it, Eve.
To sum it up: thanks for such a run JDOR, the game was a good opening for the new year. Overall rating: 8/10

It is well worth playing both branches beyond the initial scene change as well until they converge again in Chapter 5. There's quite a few differences until then as a result of your choice.

I would also recommend play taking extra money and pass up giving to the homeless person as it adds a change to the scene with Cat the duplicator.
I'm curious to see if giving money to the homeless person has some kind of impact later, because so far it's just flavor and missing out on a different scene option with Cat.

I gave him money in the first run.
Poor Cat, btw. Game puts the player in an uncomfortable position, very uncomfortable that you can't do anything, only watch through Marina's body(or what was the asian girl name) as a host. And I like it, many AVNs are too sterile and safe.
