Genuine question here, why is this game not tagged NTR? This site have 2 definitions of NTR, current one - "Netorare [Designed to cause jealousy by having the romantic interest involved with someone other than the MC.]" and a planned one -
The scene where Parker fucks a waiter on MC's 18th birthday fits both those definitions. This scene alone should have given this game that tag, plus this game have few LI's that are fucking other dudes right now, but don't show it.

I'd agree it isn't perfect. For a time, some mods were slapping tags onto VNs just by them getting reported but I think they've since become more discerning about applying it properly. Most of the staff are well aware of this particular tag's inaccuracy.
In this case, it's explained the dev notes that there is no NTR in the game per the "textbook definition" of NTR. I interpret that as the actual definition of Netorare used and understood outside of F95 as that makes his statement in the dev notes accurate. There's no NTR tag for Origin Story because there's literally no NTR in Origin Story.

If I had to bet then I reckon they'll make it seem like she's maybe a baddy then the actual twist will be that she's good. Way back when the MC got hurt we saw a cutscene of the woman who set him up (Scarlet Shadow) on the phone talking about how he'll have to meet his Aunt so I'm guessing she's the real villain (but might come in pretending to be on the MC's side trying to "save" him from Parker). Will be hard for her to win me over though unless she's Parker level hot.
