Ok this game is definitely mining bitcoin or some cryptocurrency, even with a hefty frame limiter it is just cooking my computer. This game should not be doing that.
Or... maybe your computer needs some work? Or the game is horribly unoptimized? Or you have something else going on in the background that conflicts with this while running causing spikes in CPU/GPU usage?
If you think it's doing something else, try turning on every monitoring option you can and watch it while it runs. Then post those results.
