Just so you get less confused looks in the future: You are a top. Tops give dick, bottoms receive dick.
As for "do you get to choose that stuff?", sometimes. If you lose a battle while horny, they get to decide what happens. There's also a few scenes where you bottom. You can always just skip through em. Most characters have a scene for both.

Wasn't sure what the correct phrasing was as i don't typically play games with the "Gay" tag, at least not the ones where it's only males.
Not familiar with the terms as i don't swing that way. Just trying something different because i am bored with the usual thing's i play.
How do I get mint for the "got cream" quest for the doctor? I've explored the river so often, but never got any of them.

You gotta exceed the 3 dialogue options when drinking with him in the bar, then he considers you a friend. After that you have a new talk option when going to the horned smithy.
