I only know 2 potential fixes, but i can't remember if they'd fix this specifically: updating your regional settings and redownloading and/or you're missing the one file and you may be able to copy over some missing images from downloading the demo from dlsite

Change your Windows region to JP and unpack the archive with the game again.
