No amount of good art can save a bad game it seems, half of the entire gallery is permanently missable even if you just play the game normally, you really need to be really careful if you want a full gallery.
There are ni actual costumes you can unlock as far I've seen, the dlsite screenshot is pretty much a big fat lie
