Was really looking forward to seeing what happened after that scene. What a disappointing pivot.
I got excited thinking that the game was finally updated but he seriously decided to restart everything, I mean the first time removed the entire prologue and decided to make mc no longer the adopted son, I guess he wanted to include impregnation but as it had said in the story that the mother could not have children hence why she adopted, but changed it to now she had a daughter, removing all the background of her and her divorce and why the change of city, the second version does not explain that they simply go to another city and mc accompanies them without explaining much the change seemed bad to me but well at least what follows of the story was not changed much, but now with this new updated it could be considered a totally new game of course it still has the core of moving to another place to start over but the city characters and dynamics were erased, the game is not bad he puts many details in the game such as the fact that mc and mariya do not feel united like the first game because they drifted apart, as can be seen through the text messages on their cell phones. Many games start with conversations from scratch, but this dev took the trouble to add messages from years ago, a detail that gives more weight to the characters. I thought it was cool but he keeps restarting the plot in addition, for an erotic game, it doesn't have any scenes. The only scene it had in years was optional and who knows when it will include one

My very first comment here after all those years of stalking.
I can't hide the fact that I'm disappointed. Daz to Blender transition is understandable since Blender offers way too much freedom and looks a lot better BUT all of these could've been avoided with couple name and model changes imo there were no need of a total remake. And with the promise of removal of incest (maybe there'll be a patch that makes "family friend" into aunt and Masha to cousin, at least it seems this way) killed all my interest. Regardless, this is one of the best games when it comes to renders and UI and I really hope dev becomes more consistent with updates.

Finally! Oh yeah!
All the guys who whine "WHY REMAKE", the dev already answered. He could not develop the original story with the intended quality, so he decided to stick to what he knew (a nice South Russian town). For any more info RTF topic etc.
Indeed, the original game was one of the cutest and the artsiest...
But the remake is pretty brilliant too!
With much better storytelling and lots of humor.
Bravo!
The only thing I would correct is the sound volume of his guitar that sounds quiet compared to music tracks etc.

Same as for many others, I was hoping this game would actually continue on from where it left off. Instead its a remake and now we need to wait to catch up to original progress to get new progress...FML. I think I will be on the fence with this one until its clear to see how regular the updates and how much content there will be. This 1 step forward 2 steps back shit gets on my nerves...
That all said, the UI, mechanics and style are very nice, lets just hope updates are regular and good, at least now that it seem the dev has the framework right...

just played the new update and man... why does this dev keep doing this?? every time things start getting good, he hits reset like it’s nothing. the game had so much going for it early on—cool tone, decent characters, a story that actually had some depth. now it’s just reboot after reboot, and each one somehow feels more empty than the last.
yeah sure the UI looks nice now or whatever, but who cares?? it’s like he’s more focused on making it look polished instead of actually finishing the damn story. this is supposed to be an adult game and we’ve gotten, what... one optional scene in YEARS?? what are we even doing here
he really threw away all the momentum for this?? it’s like watching someone burn down a house cause they didn’t like the rug. there was so much potential and he just keeps tossing it out to chase some “perfect” version no one asked for.
at this point it feels like the game’s just sitting there looking pretty but going absolutely nowhere. i’m so tired of getting hyped for updates only to start from square one AGAIN. if next update’s more of this, i’m out for good.
