Yess, GBPatch mentioned that it's decided at random. But you can always rewind and try again if you didn't get who you wanted!

It's been a about a year since I checked in on this game. How far along has it gotten? Is it to where you become adults yet and has any romance started? Last I saw it was just childhood. I'd like to start but kind of on the fence. May wait until it's complete
