I hve said something about it a while back. Most of games where girls are protagonists all the guys around are dicks, If you take this game as an example, most of guys wanna take her by force. Axel tried, Robert as well and the old fucker. And when she rejected them, at least 2 of them tried to fuck her life. She lost her job at the restaurant and now the old fucker wants to end her life for not wanting to be submissive ot him.
Despite that she can't get a good job other than a job where she has to sell her body. It shows no respect for women at all. That is why any chance I get I turn my girls into lesbians. It is not even because I am a man and I love girls, it is because the choices these games gives are all the worst. No decent human beings. And if the girl wanna succeed in their life they have to corrupt themselves and become sluts. It is like if women has nothing of value other than their bodies.
No wonder why there is a huge disrespect for women in the society.
In the other game, GGGB it is the same. I don't see much difference. But at least the name was already saying she would be corrupted.
Again, this is not a female perspective. It's some idealized view in a vacuum where a woman is absolutely always in control and only meets gentlemen who will only treat her gallantly, even if it's some party meathead (like Guy from Project Miriam). And that's not perspective, that's just some perfect world in which everything is so perfectly matched. The approach in ORS is much more interesting and realistic in a good way (although there are too many assholes, that's true), since Lena can control some situations, but not all, and the guys are mostly far from chivalrous ideals of piety. And the female perspective here is how Lena handles and responds to this pressure, not that she can control Seymour, for example, and give up her pretensions. And it's a much more believable path when a girl succumbs to some barbarians, not when she plays horny dogs from the start. You have to go some way to get there.
Lena's path is literally based on the corruption path of GGGB. Eva couldn't implement that part into Ian's path so she put all of it into Lena's. She does not have much control over her situations because that's how those kind of narratives are structured, Mark Olsen is right in pointing out that she lacks much agency. I don't know why ppl are trying to act like this is wholeheartidly "realistic", or that it's not happening, even Eva admitted that Lena has too little "good" options hence why she rewrote Stan. I mean don't get me wrong, dudes in general don't treat women well, but the game is obviously designed to put Lena in desperate situations so "getting corrupted" becomes a more feasable option.Do you want some girl power story where Lena can overthrow Seymour like it's nothing? What are you even talking about? You are acting like Lena is getting unavoidably raped or something. You can avoid all the evil men and onlyfans shit and do a pure run. This route is obviously possible. Yes, Seymour will make her life miserable, but he is also threatening to fuck with Ian. In case you didn't notice, Seymour is the main antagonist and Villain of this whole story.
She has the upper hand with Stan, Jeremy, Robert, and even Mike. Axel is more of a draw because she only falls under his influence if you choose to play that way. If you don't make her fall for him, she never relinquishes control of the situation when dealing with him. He is the one trying to win her back and owns up to his mistakes. Part of it is calculated manipulation, part of it is sincere, but she does have the upper hand in her exchanges with Axel unless you specifically make her lose control.
So there is one Sigmund Freud looking mother fucker who is ultra OP. Big deal.

My dude, of course, this game has an obviously corrupt narrative for Lena. Perhaps I went too far with my "realism" thing. What I meant was that the female perspective wouldn't have anything to do with if Lena wanted to fuck every living thing in the game (oops, that's practically a case of ORS already). For a truthful perspective, what matters is how she would react to it, for example.Lena's path is literally based on the corruption path of GGGB. Eva couldn't implement that part into Ian's path so she put all of it into Lena's. She does not have much control over her situations because that's how those kind of narratives are structured, Mark Olsen is right in pointing out that she lacks much agency. I don't necessarily agree that games like these are the cause of mysogony, cause lets face it's been around way longer than "porn games", but obviously it's going to validate mysoginistic idiots even more(ppl who can't tell that porn is not real life). Do i think corruption games should dissapear? no, but they defintely could be written in a way that actually explores something, or makes the female character more than just the village bicycle(give her agency and have her choices make sense for her character). In the care of ORS Eva does try, GGGB showed that she is straight capable of this(an the women in this game are written pretty damn well), i think the dual protag thing just took her for a ride, and that we will probably see her take a more nuanced approach going forward.
i am not sure, maybe i have missed before, but in this new version in my 2nd run with Alison there is path where you can start threesome Ian x Alison x Jeremy. There are some things I may have missed/forgotten so forgive me.
You can totally avoid Axel or not ? refuse meeting in cafe and photoshoot. For example, in the case of Axel.
Nah, what I mean is that there should be a corruption path without a full succumb Axel. When for Lena it's flinging for fun, not something serious with feelingsYou can totally avoid Axel or not ? refuse meeting in cafe and photoshoot.
But yeah, it's completely avoidable unless you're working with Seymour. Then you have to see him once. But it's not Lena's best option to refuse to cooperate with Seymour early on.You can totally avoid Axel or not ? refuse meeting in cafe and photoshoot.
I think it would be hard to keep it in "Only Fun" with Axel. He is pure manipulator and wants to keep Lena for himself as fuck toy and dont share with others. Yeah with enough Lena's willpower they can have fun for some time but her willpower would have to deacrease after every their "session".Nah, what I mean is that there should be a corruption path without a full succumb Axel. hey, be nice, no kink shaming here misterSheesh, what a strange fetish.
sth??Man, that whole prologue is a tonal mess...
What the f***ing f*** is going on here? Is this a belated April fools' edition of ORS?You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
***Update 1:*** Furthermore, nothing (of significance) in chapter 1 was changed to accompany the remade prologue... so far this release feels like a significant disimprovement / injection of story inconsistencies.
***Update 2:*** Okay, in chapter 4 now ...the rewrite of the Stan's arc is adding sth. to the game -- however, still haven't seen anything which would require/justify a 6 month long overhaul process.
***Update 3:*** And there we (still) have it, in chapter 5 -- the phone conversation between Emma and Ian:
...which renders the remade prologue completely useless. What a waste of everybody's time. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
***Update 4:*** Chapter 7, and -- finally -- sth. new which on my scale counts as a (minor) improvement. -- But then again, shortly after, here we go: 1990's white-washed Billy enters the scene, "Yo-yo-yo! Wassup, my dude! Long time no see!" --Seriously, has anybody lately checked on Eva Kiss' mental and/or physical health? I mean, if you have sth. that's perfectly fine, and you delibaratly change it to sth. much worse... that's called "self-sabotage", not "progress".[< Self censorship, slightly too "toxic".]
Anyone?Just the chapter 9 got remastered or the full game? Will I have to start a new save from 0 or just from chapter 9?
