Emma automatically backs off in chapter 10 when she knows Ian is in relationship with Lena, since she's Lena's friend. Though i think it may be possible to sext her during card game in chapter 9, not sure. Cherry similarly will only get involved with Ian in chapter 9 if he can truthfully say he's got no deeper feelings for Lena, an option which will be disabled if he's in relationship.

Minerva continues to be an option, yes.

It seems that, despite being shown you're wrong in your assessment, you continue to believe the game is somehow forcing the male MC to be cheated on in one way or another while female MC is impervious to it, and you're going to ignore all evidence to the contrary. People like to retort to this with "its not an ntr game you make the choices you make, so if you got cucked its because you chose that", but what they're omitting is the "slut it up" option with Lena is usually a giant red button you press, whereas the "bro it up/manwhore it up" option with Ian would respectively be a tiny switch behind multiple deadbolts and keypad pin entries.

I really love this game, but there is something that bothers me a little bit. I was never a fan of NTR even though I'm not against it being optional, but this game always seems to punish the male protagonist even if you decide to go the totally faithful chick route, I mean Lana is constantly stalked by other guys, Alison practically ntr with Jeremy, Holly is also stalked by her new coworker or even Lena, and Cindy, seems to have ntr scenes with Alex even though you choose the "good and innocent" options.

There really is no female competition for Lena, but it seems like Ian is always surrounded by wolves waiting to devour his love interests and I honestly think that if you decide to be faithful/go for just one girl, there should at least be a route where you don't feel like you're being a cuckold. The poor guy was cheated on by his ex and it seems like everyone wants to steal his love interest no matter who it is

The storyline in Cindy's path is that she want be a artist, make something artistic like Ian and Lena. And what makes Cindy fall for Ian is that Ian support and help her in her dream (different of Wade). Who cares if that cunt of Axel see her naked and take advantage of the situation to unprofessionally touch her? In the end who brought her to home and fucks her brains out is Ian. If this little thing is enough to upset you, maybe is best not play Cindy's path and instead try fix her relationship with Wade?

Wrong, Jeremy never fucks Emma after the club. Is even impossible Jeremy fuck Emma if you aren't play Emma's path. It's needed Ian fucks Emma first, and then when he talks about that with Jeremy we can choose share Emma with Jeremy or keep her to ourselfs only.
