It isn´t weird and off, esp. if you and Seymour hit it off early in the game (e.g. same prefered philosopher, asking questions about the other, showing Seymour Lena can be a great conversationalist). A tipp, think about Nietzsche and his philosophy when interacting with Seymour. For example, this update was a great chance for Lena to take the lead several times.
Yeah, I get what you are saying. I was fine for the hands off approach with just toys and him watching, but something doesn't look right to me with them actually touching and interacting. But that could boil down to me not really caring about seymour and that is just my opinion.

dear me this update was the smallest to date. I called it when they said they were not going to do a full chapter every time they updated, at least they are keeping to a decent schedule, but this time was very short.
I wish people voted for keeping it the same, I wish I could just wait until the chapter is done and then play, curse this game for being too good so I wanna play it anyway only got myself to blame for that one.

Serious question... Do you find Ian's job exciting?
Not sure if you mean his actual job at the publishing company or his writing career startup. I find the latter slightly more stimulating and less menial than an average job, putting together "my own novel" was rather entertaining. Similarly, trying to predict what novels could result in optimal combination of sales while weighting in risk of picking up less mainstream titles was the sort of experience i quite enjoy.

In contrast i'm sorry but a photographer or "model promoter" sounds like snoozefests to me, given the game is (from Ian's perspective) already almost entirely about skimpily dressed and/or naked women making various sexy poses. It'd be just more of the same old, same old.

It's kind of like that old joke, "What does a gynecologist say when they step out of work? 'Finally, faces.'"

i am big fan of Stan man dont talk shit about him
That dude buckled infront of their landlord and just accepted the increased rent. He is a spineless creep who shamelessly jacks off to his model with the doors unlocked.

100% an incel in the making, fuck fixing his health or social awkwardness EK should just give him a weapons cache in the coming update. :KEK:

That would be Emma's route, but considering that Perry knows what ian is capable of, he will most likely never fight him. :BootyTime:
Perry is a provocateur, I have ridden several routes and in all of them he does something to spoil the situation and if you don't help him in something that you are NOT OBLIGATED to do because it is NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, he reproaches you, an extremely whiny and useless character.

I'm proud to have fucked Emma and not helped him.
All Perry has left to do is ask Ian to help him shove his dick up Emma's ass.

I was a subscriber for a year on Eva's patreon so maybe I can shed some light on this update. I paid Eva $12 monthly for a full year in 2022 because I really liked the game and I wanted to see it finished. I stopped because development was slowing to a drag even in 2022. I also stopped because supporters seemed to be okay with the game development slowing to a drag.

I remember she posted a life update saying she had no time to work on the game in the month of April (or maybe May?). She offered a vote for supporters; One option was to still take payment and still support the game for the month she didn't work. The other option was a refund for that month. I remember the vote for a refund was low, like 5% (I was in that 5%). IMO if you don't do the work I'm paying you to do then you shouldn't get paid. Its a simple ask.

A patreon helps developers work and finish projects, we pay you to finish a project (i.e. the game). It does not suprise me this game is still creeping along with development. There is no point in racing to the finish line, especially when supporters are supporting it being dragged along.

I'm not asking for it to be rushed. But at this rate and with the roadmap we are looking at being finished 2040 ish. In the meantime I'll check back in 2-3 years to get the next few chapters.
