There are really only 2 types of people on this site; those who come here to experience the fetishes they otherwise couldn't (or would be rather hard to) in real life and those who love to self-insert as the player character who fucks a lot because they can't get laid in real life.
More generally, self-insert (either as MC or as a target of the MC) because it is not possible to get the desired condition in RL. ORS is good in having a female MC and a male MC; I usually just skip through the male MC and even most of the female MC to get to the Lena-Seymour-Dubai arc because I can no longer get that in RL. EK is not playing but audience so, it doesn't matter whether EK tells or not. What matters is audience's perspective. EK can't and will never know how every single person is perceiving the story. That's why cameo's should be treated as cameos and shouldn't be given any place in main story.
