Do I understand correctly, that in the next 6-9 months we can expect updates from Lena's perspective? And only after this we come to chapter 13. So next Cindy scene is like summer 2025?

Marcel came out of nowhere. I much prefer him with Holly because there is a bit of build-up and teasing and he can embody the final goal of corrupt Holly. Plus a small girl going for a big teddy bear, so cute. And nothing of it has to do with his skin color, outragous I know.
Regarding Wade and Perry, Lena doesn't necessarily want to romance them, but use them as tease for Ian and a threesome partner, so the jury is still out there. Also it can be fun if Lena can sabotage the Cindy/Wade relationship as well.
Overall, the game maintains its tendency to turn everything in a fuckfest. It has a few blocks and restrictions, I'd prefer more and sooner. Ian can finally get official with Holly, so this should potentially stop him from fucking Emma, Cherry and Jess if he fucks them as well. Its incosistent that Ian can get in a relationship with Lena in chapter 9 and dick around with the other girls like Alison until now and still pull the "its just casual" card.
OH GOD. Why the hell did I choose to peek in on Emma and Perry. Who is that CG even for?? Bleh. I literally said the same thing as Ian after that...

Dunno, Ian could already flirt with her unrestricted on the first part (aside from Holly hardblock and the option to stop if he was with Lena). Now he already got multiple heart options and can chose to text her over whatever girl he dated throughout the entire game.

On my path where Ian/Lena didn't intersect and Lena = slut, it looks completely ridiculous that Lena flirts with Wade / or as I saw in other people screenshots- with Perry.
Come on, Eva! I can still understand if such Lena pays attention to jocks like Mike/Jack, but Ian's friends are out of her league. Wade is an unemployed man with a beer belly, who turns into a vegetable because of his depression, Perry - there are no words here needed. Lena, dreams of going to Dubai and living a luxury life, wouldn't be interested in them. And here is Eva's mistake - she didn't write cool friends for Ian, who could be serious competition for him - all losers, and even Jeremy is like that, if your Ian is not inferior to him. Therefore, it looks forced by Eva and "bad" Lena is as if ready to cling to anything, if he has a dick, without standarts. She might as well have hung on Stan in that case.

No one knows.
With the current development speed and the increasing complexity and lenght of each chapter, we get several parts of a chapter within a year. At best one complete chapter a year. With 4-8 chapters ongoing, 4-8 years is not out of the question, if the developer doesn't speed it up or change the next chapters lenght and complexity significantly.
