One thing I was thinking during the game.. the way Axel is setup after you tell him about Lena and Ian.. maybe he will be the final "boss" in the martial arts tournament? There was even some indication of using "taunt" in the fight rules. So you could taunt him about fucking Lena, Alex would lose hes shit and attack you recklessly then Ian could use that advantage to win the tournament.

Straightening Wade up!
Wade is not exactly unattractive, but it's mentioned hes been neglected his physique these past few years (among many other things). This became especially apparent when Ian saw him wearing this shirt... But the way he is slouching forward is a bit too much!
I've been unhappy with Wade's sprite for a while, since his body position looked akward and stupid. It worked somewhat with his normal outfit, but it looked too weird with the new one! I had been wanting to fix it for a while and finally found the time. The new sprites will be implemented in Chapter 7 Final, including a new small sex scene and (if I'm able) a cool extension to one of the already existing.

I replayed with the sluttiest save possible to try to get Lena access to some fun new sexshop toys before confirming that it just wasn't going to happen this chapter. Fingers crossed that it's unlocked now and we get a sex toy shoot. But not holding my breath.

tbh, I think the writing is extremely good in comparison to other sex games. But I could see twists like this potential scenario and the "save the cafe" concert coming a mile away. Rolled my eyes the second her boss said the Cafe was in trouble... It's great that the writing is grounded in its own logic and reality, rare for video games let alone porn games. But the predictability of some of what's played out so far helps keep the writing from being "great" in an artistic sense, imo. Quote I recently heard that I think hits the mark. For what you'd expect from a sex game though, yeah, she's practically William StrokeSpeare.

It's not a scene I'm pretty sure, the text just says "Ivy kissed me on the cheek and sodded off" or something like that.
Supposedly the final version will have one extra sex scene, participants unspecified, but my personal theory is that it will result from the bottle game. It seems there will also be an extension to one or two unspecified existing sex scenes. I think you can find a comment that posted a patreon update a page or two back.

And you're right about the Emma thing. That's because if Ian pursues Emma at the club in chapter 5, he misses the chance to talk to Ivy like he would have with Alison, resulting in a lower Ivy agenda bar. So I think you need a high enough relationship with Ivy.
