Plus the game is not about fetishes but about freedom and choices. Seriously, this game could be without any sex in it and it'd still be a very interesting VN. Not releasing it on Steam when it's ready would be a crime.

Hey guys, what kind of fetishes would you like to see added to the game ? It can be old ones from GGGB, new ones, reworked or expanded, etc you name it.
What I'd really like to see, I'd say (order isn't relevant) :
1. Traps / Sissification that would lead to shemale (But I think none of the current male characters would fit for this)

It means that no sane person would indulge in sick fetishes like bestiality. You'd have to be absolutely fucked in the head to want to experience it in real life. Hell, even GGGB opted out of some bizarre stuff and that game was over the top where it would be plausible (I can totally imagine that Ethan, being a sicko that he is, would probably have these fantasies).
I believe that incest is much more common around the world than we are led to believe but it usually "stays in the family" and is not spoken about. But Patreon being Patreon, it might discourage Eva Kiss from including it in ORS as well.
Others I guess can have their real-life practices but could be pretty rare outside porn.

Not the greatest of arguments tbh. You can even find pedo porn as well. Just because some people are capable of doing some crazy shit doesn't mean it's healthy and should be included in the game with a very grounded atmosphere that tries to be relatable and deep. You need to be mindful of the genre first and foremost. You wouldn't include campy over the top stuff in The Dark Knight or Daredevil but it would work just fine in The Mask or Deadpool. Same here. ORS is definitely not the genre for these kinds of weird things. Given that it's a porn game that tries to be serious, there's definitely going to be some porn logic involved, featuring some of the biggest genres and fetishes of the mainstream porn. Hoping for anything extra bizarre would be like expecting famous A-list movie actors starring in movies with a real graphic depiction of unsimulated sex.

If the dev chooses to follow a more taboo route, I would not be horribly upset (if there is enough reason behind it), but as it stands I think doing so would cause harm to a brilliantly started narrative.

I'm not saying that such a thing should be added to the game, I'm trying to understand the counter argument people are using for the game being realistic. Does realistic mean things that are possible in the real world or things that are already done in the real world? Does it mean things that are accepted as ok in society?
