Oh, about the tattoos, it only affects Jessica, not Ivy. Not sure how Jessica could be more than a cameo in this. So, probably could get no tattoo, since it is only a negative point for her, not Holly or Ivy. Could be a requirement for some future thing, however. Say, for example, Holly gets super into tattoos, could chill her on Lena, since they would have less in common, or Holly would begin to like Ivy or Jessica more than Lena.

I dont think it even affects the agenda bar iirc. You can get no tattoos at all and all you will miss out on is some dialogue. I could be wrong though.
This game has lots of content with each update, and the updates are relatively short waits in between. EvaKiss (the dev) is very reliable.

I do wonder how Eva will introduce Ed and Lena scenes. He clearly follows her peoplegram so it's very likely he's one of the stalkfap commenters. Maybe he's the one who was requesting Lena film herself for him. Could be that she accepts to meet him in person and is surprised to find out it's Ed.
