In the relationship of Lena and Ian with their bosses, you have to choose either self-esteem, or a good attitude of the bosses towards them:
1) Minerva. Her attitude to Ian can be good only if he agrees with her in everything. If, he does not agree, then her attitude towards him worsens. Interestingly, this will affect whether he can continue to work for her (if the attitude becomes completely bad).
2) Robert. (he is not the boss, but relatively senior in position). His attitude to Lena can be good only in exchange for her consent to do what he wants. If she does not agree and rejects him, then his attitude will be bad.
3) Ed. If Lena stops him in his desires, then his attitude towards her will worsen
4) Ward. He said he wants to work with her. I think that if Lena agrees to work with him, then there will be nothing good. Most likely, here, too, have to choose either self-esteem, or his good attitude towards her. I think that Lena felt it. Maybe that's why Lena did not like his eyes.
Moreover, Ward and Axel are somehow connected.
