I finished my second playthrough and again I am really happy with thsi new release
Only one thing, that I have noticed: Lena's face sometimes looks very different in some scenes, almost making it hard to recognize her. I don't have screenshots of which pictures I mean, but maybe you guys know what I mean? What do you think?

Probably because Eva used reference images of different girls to make the scenes you are referring to. It is difficult to find the reference images of a single pornstar in all the different poses that Eva has envisaged.I finished my second playthrough and again I am really happy with thsi new release

Really enjoyed this game so far, IMO, much better game thatn GGGB. It is interesting to read everyone's opinons and paths. As Ian, I for one went for Allison, why, to keep Jeremy from getting with her. I maxed out points with Cindy,why, to hopefully keep Axl away from her. Cindy might be my favorite. But also have a soft spot for Holly so interested to see where this goes. As Lena, dropped the dousche Robert almost immediately so Ian will be her primary interest and plan on keeping Seymour at a distance.

Character design (Cherry)
When I was setting the bases of what would become ORS I came up with a scenario that I really liked game-play wise: a double date for Ian with a female friend, Perry and another girl. Ian could go for her friend, a main character (later to be Alison), help Perry get along with the other girl or try to get her himself. I needed to create a secondary female character that would fit the role described in that scene, and so Cherry was born.
Cherry could be any kind of character, and after playing with a couple ideas I decided she presented a good opportunity to add diversity to the cast. I had been thinking about adding a female black character in GGGB already (she would've been a friend, manager or girlfriend of Tyrone's) but never did it because I already had too many characters and plot lines. Besides, a black girl was challenging to draw...
I decided to make her a slender beauty with afro hair (I was a bit terrified about having to draw that hairstyle, but it ended up looking pretty decent!). I could've gone for a different kind of style, making her thicker or with a more "urban" style, but I really liked this design and I felt it deviated a bit more from the stereotypes. Also, I came up with a way to tie her up a bit more with the main plot of the game rather than just being Alison's friend and a side character you can have a few sexy scenes with, but that will be seen as the game progresses.
I ended up really enjoying Cherry design and character wise, and despite it being a secondary character I'll try to feature her a bit more, since many people seemed to really enjoy her too!

I think your thoughts on each of the characters are interesting and could be possibilities. I do think you may be concentrating more on D/s themes than the game has so far presented.
The only explicit D/s mentioned as far as I remember is Lena's relationship with Axel, and I'm not entirely convinced that was more than roleplay on her end. If I remember correctly, the game says he liked to "claim" her and engage in aggressive/rough sex with her which she found hot, but the game doesn't say that she liked to submit. That's a subtle nuance, but liking rough sex doesn't make you submissive. It could turn out that she is a true submissive, but I don't think that is in the game yet.
As for Cindy, I agree Axel would probably WANT to make her his pet/plaything based on what we know about his relationship with Lena, but she seems to me to have a pretty strong sense of self (even if she doesn't know exactly what she wants from life yet) so I don't see her agreeing to that type of relationship unless she discovers that she is actually submissive.
In any case, Axel is kind of a shitty Dom. His behavior would only be okay in a D/s relationship if explicitly agreed to by his sub. I think with Lena he was an abusive prick trying to mask his abuse as D/s. Maybe he's learned his lessson, but with the way he planted those photos in her notebook, I'm dubious.

I would love to see a brutal MMA style fight between Axel and Ian for Cindy. Like the one shown in the movie “Never Back Down”.. otherwise what’s the use of all the Jiu Jitsu and Kick boxing training...
Honestly, I really do hope for Lena / Holly romance option, or at least Lena / Ivy or Lena / Louise. The lack of girl on girl content is depressing when compared to GGGB, I've spent most of my time with Lena friendzoning and rejecting guys and the player is basically railroaded into Lena / Ian, with game nagging you with setting up a date between them basiaclly every day. Also, it's weird how majority of guys in this game are either rapey or simply assholes. I know it kinda runs with the sexual theme, but GGGB didn't have that problem and not most of the characters were total degenerates.
However I still love the game and I do hope it'll improve in time.
