Not really, no. Mike fucks his girlfriend no matter how much Lena might wish he doesn't. Ultimately, maybe. But what you're describing (Ivy not having sex with anyone else the entire game) would mean such development has happened already behind the scenes for no apparent reason, and no one even noticed.
