In my current playthrough Ian has Cindy wifed up while Axel is devouring all the other available women and Jeremy takes the left overs. I guess Seymore can also have Holly if he so desires but Im not sure if I want to give her to stan yet.

Polish.
Generally Alphas will have programming errors, bad grammar, spelling errors, etc. Beta should be largely error free, but there may be the odd error for events which are rarer, most of the spelling and grammar should be sorted out. Final should be perfect, but may have the odd word or two misspelled here and there.

I hope this coming update Lena has that date with John. I'm hoping he's another decent addition to the non-douchey guys Lena can date. He seems nice enough. Hope Eva does not throw a curve ball at us. I really need a partner for my Lena on my IanxHolly run.

ORS Chapter 12.3 FULL was released September 11th -- but added nothing but bug fixes to 12.3 BETA (which was released July 31th). So: 3 months?

The 12.3 FULL added the epilogue and bug fixes to the previous beta. The release cycle for new updates only begins after the FULL has been released because before that work is not being done on those new updates but on bug fixes for the previous update.

Saying updates took too long between the beta and FULL for chapter 12.3 would be a totally different complaint than saying the chapter 13.1 update took too long to release. The former probably being true.

In theory, but in practice sometimes new scenes are added in the final version and some others are edited, that can lead to new bugs
