General feelings on Chapter 9:
Plothole, inconsistency and quality-wise, this was a much better update than Chapter 8, IMO. Regardless of the fact that I didn't get
any of the scenes I was looking for, I think Eva did a much better job in this chapter. It felt like we were railroaded into quite a few more decisions in this one too, but that's understandable given the unmanageable mess the paths would become (well... have become) with Eva's current resources if she doesn't start setting more limits. I don't think I'll be getting any of the specific paths I was looking for when all is said and done, but I'd rather Eva release a quality game than cater to specific interests, including my own. Even if that means I won't be salivating for future updates. Basically, I played two-handed the whole time.
The only scene that was really hot to me in this Chapter was
But it's not a route I've been generally interested in so far and I only ran across it by using the gallery unlock cheat. Definitely hits a big fetish for me, but maybe not enough of one to play through the entire route for.
Umm... did you not play till the end with
A crap-ton, but it's Alpha. So far you've got:
1. An endless loop cycle if Lena chooses to shop after Ian has gone shopping earlier in the chapter. Lena jumps back in time as Ian, playing through his day again. Unlike the mid-concept Error-screen drug binge in Chapter 10, this one's not at all intentional.
2. Error screen pops up, blocking half of the
photoshoot, including choices MC can make.
3. Error screen pops for Lena/Ivy convo.
4. Error also pops for
also blocking some MC choices as you hit ignore to get through.
5. A whole bunch of text issues.
6. Lena pulling a Naruto ninja move, doubling up her Lenas at one point in the
I am also playing with Final saves that are a few chapters old though, so a few of these may be solved with a completely new play-through or only pop in certain scenarios (like outfits bought and cash available in the shopping bug).
