Looks like literally the guy; the eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth... pretty much the same, not to mention the hair etc. I doubt it's coincidence :v
Even their names are the same: Pedro in spanish translates to Peter in english.

What a strange situation I'm thinking, what if Andrea9999 became obsessed with Abascal because of his resemblance to Seymour and she chased him with a rope, what would he think, would he understand it or would he think that they were going to kidnap him?
Abascal has had threats made against him and is licensed to carry a firearm for defense. Why should I use a rope? (Fortunately, I kept the receipt for the chain I just bought.)

You had the idea I had before me, how interesting and who said the rope was for him? Maybe someone else fits him better and tighter, you have photos of him and that's why you know he carries a gun?

I can understand the Abascal reference, as Seymour and him have similar philosophies. I do not understand EK's reference to Sanchez though: since Seymour supports this candidate he is definitely right-wing, while Pedro Sanchez is a socialist.

Well, I don’t want to start a flame war about spanish politics, but it could be said that although being on different sides of the political spectrum around here some/many people see Abascal and Sánchez as both being kinda dubious, or even sleazy, characters (as many other politicians from any country, lol); much like Seymour and this Peter Prestley seem to be.

But it could be simpler than that, of course, and just reference material: like Anderson Cooper was in GGGB. Or Abella Danger and Nancy A here.

Or a little spanish easter egg, like the City Hall from Avilés (a small city in the north of Spain which was used as a model for some backgrounds).
