Bcz Ivy is exclusive for Lena. That is the reason IanxIvy is delayed. In last Q&A EK mentioned she has plans(or major plans IIRC. I ain't finding that Q&A, too much work to find that Q&A) for Ivy with Lena later Ian may will get some content with her....but why don't we see that equality between Jeremy and Ivy where he can do more things than her?

I could envision Ian being ensnared into (perhaps initially reluctantly) accepting Lena's submission to Seymour and his designates...and eventually participating in it and accentuating its intensity while reaping the literary rewards to his career from Seymour. We could wind up with...well...two animals in Seymour's circus.
I personally would like it to be that way. But I just can't help feeling, this is just further evidence, that it's not such a foregone conclusion after all.
