You'll find some really interesting facial expressions as people transition through emotions and speech patterns. Ones that you normally wouldn't even process during a regular viewing. That's how I picture some of the exaggerated images; such as Ivy's tongue, some of Lena's orgasms, etc.

Ian's O-face that Searingfive posted is just a silly rush job by the artist in all liklihood, and I'm sure there are several other examples of that if anyone truly cared to go digging.
