Yes, they are outside the order of the normal chapter-based naming for images in the files that do appear in the game.
So, it is unclear if they are actually intended to be in the game at some point in the future. It could just be some test images Eva Kiss forgot to remove from her image folder, or it could perhaps be that the "Axel yacht trip" was supposed to have a less vague conclusion!
I noticed them the first time in the alpha or the beta version of the ch. 12 epilogue, but I never downloaded older versions of ch. 12 to check if they were present then, I assumed they would have been posted already if they were.
