Does Ian brake ups with Lenna if they are in casual relationship if she fucks Axel because in one save he brake up with her and in the one where she is not with Axel he stays with her.

Depends on too many variables. Does Ian trust Jeremy, is Ian a cuck, is he casual with Lena, does he even know about Axel.

ffive I believe there is an area of oversight in chapter 12. In one of my playthroughs where Ian and Lena are not dating and he knows Lena slept with Jeremy and Lena knows Ian slept with Cindy, they decide to start dating before the end of the chapter but not before Ian calls Lena out about sleeping with Jeremy behind his back. After they had sex on the beach and have gone to sleep, Ian recalls the recent events in an internal monologue even the part where Lena also confronts him about sleeping with Cindy and he had to lie about it...except...that never happened. This leads me to believe that was supposed to happen but for some reason it never did. Also, at the end of the chapter, it treats it as if they were already in a relationship when Lena slept with Ian and Ian says he finds it difficult to forgive Lena for cheating. I first came across this problem in 12.3 alpha and it has still persisted until this build.

Hmm yeah, that sounds weird and likely bugged, but you're better off mentioning this to PilotLara so hopefully EK gets to hear about it too. Since i don't really have anything to do with the game other than obsess about it :v

Slut Holly is not the same as Ivy, she's just a puppet Ivy directs in that direction for her own amusement. Ivy is in control of her sexuality and successfully weaponizes it to get money though OF and pole dancing (she's shown to be doing pretty well financially) and to manipulate others (men and women) to advance her agenda.
While it is correct that Ivy can be the main driving force for the development of Slut Holly on some paths, it does not have to be so. Going by some dialog of slutty Holly, Ivy might have been less of a conductor, but a choice of Holly herself. Some versions of Holly in the various gamepaths seem to have come to the conclusion (how correctly or mistakenly depends on how we play Ian) that Ian prefers slutty, wild girls as his girlfriend. So Holly starts to become one herself with the goal of getting a chance with Ian.
As I wrote in some earlier posts, if Slut Holly now gets together with Ian I estimate how slutty Holly will stay or develop further depends then on what Ian (we as players) likes and prefers. From keeping her new slutty side to their bedroom only, over some experimentation together to full sharing/swinging/hotwifing.
But if Slut Holly and Ian become a dedicated couple, I doubt Ivy will retain much influence on Holly.

Alright folks! We're in the final stretch! Final 8 days of the year. Hedge your bets. When do you think Eva will drop the update? Before Christmas, After Christmas or next year?

Last year she released the final to ch. 12 before Christmas and then the following update on the 2nd, the year before she wasn't really active between Christmas and New Years either, so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't come out during the holidays but maybe right after.

Maybe she'll break her pattern!
