Just double checked, it's not it. Threesome occurred in chapter 10, back when Alison wasn't blonde yet. She became blonde during chapter 11 and the CG has her blonde. Maybe it's not in game yet.

Nifferman is saying the photo is sent in chapter 12 at the end of the beach house trip if Ian and Jeremy had a threesome with Allison in Chapter 10, and that Ian has asked Jeremy to share pictures with him.
